Starman grounded by Elisa

Estonian telco Elisa Eesti has ceased offering services under the Starman brand. Finnish-owned cellco Elisa completed its EUR151 million (USD197 million) acquisition of cable TV and broadband operator Starman in April last year, giving it a presence in Estonia’s fixed line market. All wireless and wireline services are now being marketed under the Elisa name.
