Ncell extends LTE network to reach 21 cities

Ncell, Nepal’s second largest cellco by subscribers, has announced that it has expanded its 4G LTE network to two more cities – Lahan in the Sihara district, and Dhangadhi in the Kailali district. The additions mean that Ncell’s 4G footprint now encompasses 21 cities throughout Nepal. The company’s LTE network has grown rapidly since it was first introduced in the Kathmandu Valley in June 2017. Ncell Corporate Services Director, Pranay Acharya said that the firm has now made 4G services available to more than 15% of the population.
