14 Sep 2017

The Cyprus Telecommunications Authority (Cyta) has given prospective buyers until 27 September to make an offer for its loss-making Greek arm Cyta Hellas. A report from Kathimerini has named rival Greek operators Wind Hellas and Vodafone as the two most likely parties to lodge bids. The state-owned Cypriot firm has been looking to offload its operations in Greece since 2016.
