Telecom Italia Group, which trades under the TIM brand in Italy and Brazil, has reported revenues of EUR9.77 billion (USD11.28 billion) for the first six months of 2017, up 7.4% year-on-year, while group EBITDA increased 10.4% to EUR4.11 billion. Domestic revenues for the first half rose 3.4% to EUR7.49 billion, while there was a 23.4% increase in sales in Brazil, to EUR2.29 billion. Profits attributable to shareholders fell from EUR1.02 billion in H1 2016 to EUR596 million in the first six months of this year.
