Slovak Telekom (ST) has been fined EUR17 million (USD19 million) by Slovakia’s Anti-Monopoly Office (Protimonopolny Urad, PMU) for abuse of its dominant market position. A report from Medialne says that the telco was found guilty of setting retail and wholesale prices for its products between 2007 and 2009 which meant its rivals were not able to compete effectively.
