SWAN turns Orange

13 Jun 2017

Slovak cellular operator SWAN Mobile, which trades under the name 4ka, has launched national 2G roaming on the network of the country’s wireless market leader Orange Slovensko. SWAN, which had previously offered roaming over Slovak Telekom’s infrastructure, says customers will use the 4ka 4G LTE network where available and will switch to the Orange 2G system in other areas. The 4ka LTE service is currently offered in around 170 cities nationwide, while Orange’s GSM network reaches more than 99% of the population.
