Vodafone 400Mbps cable network reaches 7m German homes

Vodafone Germany has announced that it is now able to offer 400Mbps cable broadband speeds to more than seven million homes across the country. The figure represents around half of the households passed by its HFC cable network, which is present in 13 federal states. In addition, the UK-owned fixed and mobile operator is aiming to roll out speeds of 500Mbps to around 20% of its cable footprint by the end of the summer.
