T-Mobile Poland continues 4G network expansion

T-Mobile Poland says it now has more than 9,300 4G LTE base stations in operation, with 900 new sites having been activated over the past few months. The bulk of the new base stations have been deployed in cities to improve urban 4G coverage – particularly in buildings – as well as network capacity. The cellco adds that more than 1,000 of its sites now support carrier aggregation, including over 100 which support tri-carrier aggregation to enable peak theoretical data rates of up to 300Mbps.
