SFR deploys 3C LTE-A in 14 additional cities

French cellco Numericable-SFR has expanded its tri-band carrier aggregation (3C) LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) network to 14 additional cities, following the introduction of the technology in Brest in May 2016 and a subsequent deployment in Clermont-Ferrand. The operator now offers ultra-high mobile broadband speeds of 337.5Mbps (utilising spectrum in the 800MHz, 1800MHz and 2600MHz bands) in Brest, Clermont-Ferrand, Grenoble, Metz, Nantes, Asnieres-sur-Seine, Aubervilliers, Boulogne, Clichy, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Montreuil, Montrouge, Palaiseau, Sartrouville, Suresnes and Vitry-sur-Seine.
