Italy’s Communications Regulatory Authority (Autorita per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni, Agcom) has rejected a move by Telecom Italia (TIM) to increase the price of its basic fixed line telephony services. This is the second time this year that TIM has failed to gain approval for fixed voice tariff rises after a similar Agcom decision back in April.
