UKE unveils 2017 priorities

Poland’s Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) has published its work plan for 2017. According to a report from Telecompaper, its main objectives include increasing broadband coverage to 42% of the population by end-2017, completing negotiations with neighbouring countries on freeing up the 700MHz band for high speed mobile data services, and a review of six relevant markets which are subject to ex-ante regulation.
