AllTele acquires T3 for USD17.7m

22 Nov 2016

Swedish full-service telecoms reseller AllTele has expanded its existing broadband and IP telephony business through the purchase of northern Swedish telco T3 in a deal worth SEK163.2 million (USD17.7 million). The acquisition will bring 60,000 new broadband fibre-connected customers to AllTele, meaning that the company will provide broadband services to over 180,000 fibre-connected subscribers, in addition to around 16,000 customers already connected to ADSL networks.

Mark Hauschildt, owner and CEO of AllTele said: ‘The acquisition of T3 is both strategically and in terms of timing, right for AllTele. The combination of AllTele and T3 not only gives us a fantastic opportunity to accelerate our growth initiatives, but also access to highly talented staff and significant synergy opportunities.’
