Middelborg Invest boosts NextGenTel stake as Smabolagsfond Norden exits

Swedbank Robur Fonder AB’s Smabolagsfond Norden has divested approximately 1.3 million shares in Norway-based NextGenTel Holding, which owns alternative fixed line voice and broadband provider NextGenTel (including Telio Norway). According to Reuters, following the transaction Smabolagsfond Norden no longer holds any of NextGenTel Holding’s share capital.

Meanwhile, in a separate but related development, it has been revealed that Zono Holding AS has acquired 1.1 million shares in NextGenTel Holding. As a result of this transaction Zono Holding’s parent company, Middelborg Invest, now owns around 5.70% of the outstanding shares in NextGenTel Holding.
