Vodafone expands 3G network in Madhya Pradesh

UK-owned cellco Vodafone India has extended its 3G network to an additional 1,593 towns in Madhya Pradesh, bringing total coverage in the circle to 2,151 towns and villages, or 5.375 million people. Commenting on the rollout, the cellco’s director of operations, Arvind Vohra noted: ‘The expansion is part of ongoing efforts to enhance mobile internet experience for our valued customers in urban and rural areas of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, providing a seamless network experience beyond just speed.’
