30 Nov 2015

The Croatian government is to offload 500,000 shares in T-Hrvatski Telekom (T-HT), which is equivalent to a stake of around 0.6% in the telco. The shares are held by the Croatian Restructuring and Sale Centre (CERP), which currently has a 3.5% interest in the fixed and wireless operator. Ten packets of 50,000 shares are to be sold for HRK7.13 million (USD990,800) each, Reuters reports. T-HT is 51%-owned by Deutsche Telekom of Germany, with private and institutional investors, the Croatian War Veterans’ Fund and CERP accounting for the remainder.
