ArmenTel includes ‘free’ DLD calls in users’ bundled plans

10 Jul 2015

Armenian fixed line and mobile operator ArmenTel, trading under the Beeline banner of its Russian parent Vimpelcom, has announced that, going forward, residential and business customers signed up to its Basic 1 and Basic 2 fixed telephony price plans will be able to place domestic long-distance (DLD) calls for free – within their existing monthly minute bundles. Once a user has reached the limit of their monthly fixed call plan, which range from 360 to 1,600 voice call minutes, ArmenTel says they will be required to pay AMD5 (USD0.011) per minute of DLD calls.
