Cable operator UPC Poland has contracted UK-based software vendor CoralTree to provide its Renaissance customer relationship management (CRM) solution to increase operational efficiencies across its customer service and sales functions. UPC says the new CRM system will help to streamline sales order processing and management of customer service enquiries. The deployment included a sales portal, a product catalogue and a customer care portal. At the end of March 2015 UPC Poland had 1,425,400 customers, including 921,700 interactive digital television users, 266,600 analogue television customers, 1,004,000 broadband internet subscribers and 559,900 telephony users.
