Slovenian cable TV and broadband provider Telemach is paying EUR110 million (USD123 million) for mobile operator Tusmobil, it has been confirmed. A report from regional news portal SEEbiz says that Telemach’s owner SBB paid EUR42 million, with commitments to hand over a further EUR26 million and the repayment of debt worth in excess of EUR40 million. In October 2014 Telemach agreed to acquire Tusmobil from previous owner Tus Holding, which is 100% owned by Mirko Tus, head of domestic retailer EngroTus. The deal completed last month, though the purchase price was not disclosed at the time.
