Telenor Sweden has reorganised its working model to combine its existing business areas Broadband & TV (including fixed internet and telephony) and Mobile into one unified business area named Consumer Marketing. The operator’s Business operations will continue as a separate area focused on corporate customers. The new organisation will take effect on 2 June. Patrik Hofbauer, CEO of Telenor Sweden, said in a press release: ‘The new organisation is based to a greater extent on our customers instead of our products. This means greater customer focus.’ Telenor Sweden also moved its ‘Channel’ area, with responsibility for customer channels, directly under its company management, ‘to bring even greater focus on sales and customer satisfaction’.
