Numericable-SFR suspends liquidity contract with Exane BNP Paribas

French telecoms operator Numericable-SFR has announced that its liquidity contract with Exane BNP Paribas has been suspended, subject to the sale of shares held in the account, prior to the Numericable-SFR General Meeting, which was held on 28 April 2014 in order to approve a new share repurchase programme. The liquidity account referred to 25,808 Numericable-SFR securities, valued at EUR11.077 million (USD12.18 million).
