ArmenTel unveils ‘Next’, a low-cost service for making calls to Nagorno-Karabakh

Fixed and mobile operator ArmenTel (trading as Beeline) has announced the launch of a new service called ‘Next’, which is designed to enable pre-paid users to make voice calls to the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh at more competitive rates. Arka News reports that people signing up to Next pay AMD190 (USD0.40) per month and in return can make unlimited calls to fixed or mobile numbers in Nagorno-Karabakh for a fixed rate of AMD13.9 per minute.
