Indonesian mobile operator Telkomsel is reportedly seeking loans worth IDR5 trillion (USD378.9 million) to help fund its capital expenditure programme this year, according to local newspaper Bisnis Indonesia quoting Telkomsel director Ririek Ardiansyah. The country’s largest cellco by subscribers is looking to raise its subscriber base by 3% during the course of this year; it ended 2014 with a total of 140.3 million mobile users.
