The Cambodian and Chinese authorities have inked a cooperation agreement for issues on telecoms and information and communications technology (ICT), reports Xinhua. The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed in Phnom Penh between Cambodia’s Minister of Posts and Telecommunications Prak Sokhonn and Shang Bing, vice minister of the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). Under the deal, both sides will exchange information, experience and expertise in the development of telecoms and ICT.
