RCS&RDS launches Digi Play on-demand service

Romanian cableco, fibre broadband and mobile operator RCS&RDS has launched ‘Digi Play’, a video-on-demand (VoD) service, available through the Digi Online platform, giving access to a video library of films and series, with existing customers of any RCS&RDS (Digi) service given a discount on the monthly subscription. Users with fixed and/or mobile internet connections/devices can access content on Digi Play, including via a mobile application, while the launch forms part of RCS&RDS’ phasing in of the ‘Digi’ brand for most of its services – having previously used the name just for its mobile network.
