Reunion-based fibre-optic broadband provider Zeop has switched on its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network in the town of Beausejour, which is located close to Saint-Marie and capital Saint-Denis, towards the north of the island. At the time of writing, the ISP’s fibre footprint is limited to the south and west of the country, while it hopes to cover around 80% of the population within two years. Zeop, which offers a 100Mbps FTTH package for EUR100 (USD135.90) per month, is believed to preside over a subscriber base of around 13,000.
