Vodafone offers LTE to pre-paid customers

Vodafone Germany has announced the extension of its LTE services to pre-paid customers with the launch of a range of add-on options under the ‘CallYa’ brand. From tomorrow (2 July) pay-as-you-go customers will be able to surf the internet at maximum download speeds of 21.6Mbps with a data allowance of 500MB for an additional EUR10 (USD7.3), while 1GB of data is available for EUR15. A non-4G add-on option offers a data volume of 250MB for EUR5. Vodafone’s 4G LTE network has coverage of 70% of the German territory.
