19 Jun 2014

Ooredoo Qatar has announced reaching the milestone of 150,000 direct fibre access network customers subscribing to its broadband internet and ‘Mozaic’ IPTV services. The disclosure comes around six months after Ooredoo notched up 100,000 subscribers on the fibre network. ‘Ooredoo Fibre’ packages include a fixed voice line, broadband Mozaic high-definition (HD) TV channels, while allowing access to the multi-screen add-on ’Mozaic GO’ which allows access to entertainment content across Wi-Fi and Ooredoo’s mobile broadband network. Ooredoo says it plans to launch more tailor-made user packages through the remainder of 2014.
