Vonage launches consumer VoIP service in Brazil with Datora

22 Apr 2014

Voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) provider Vonage has launched a new consumer-based IP telephony service in Brazil, thanks to a tie up with start-up Datora Telecom, as it looks to increase its footprint on the international stage. Vonage’s new offer will be rolled out sequentially in key markets across Brazil, it said, initially offering residents of Curitiba and Brasilia access to unlimited calls to landlines for a ‘low, flat monthly rate’.
