Keybridge acquires 65% stake in Emaxx

Keybridge International (Hong Kong) Investment Company has completed the acquisition of a 65% stake in Cambodian telecoms company Emaxx for USD15 million, Xinhua reports, citing officials of the two companies. Ye Qiong, chairman of Shenzhen Keybridge Communications, which is the parent company of Keybridge International (Hong Kong) Investment Company, said the firm aims to develop Emaxx into one of the leading telecoms service providers in Cambodia.
