State-backed internet service provider (ISP) Radiografica Costarricense (RACSA) has purchased mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) Full Movil for an undisclosed sum, after the deal received approval from sector regulator Superintendencia de Telecomunicaciones (Sutel).
