Bite outlines 2014 investment plans

Bite Lithuania, the country’s third largest mobile operator by subscribers, has said it will spend nearly LTL45 million (USD17.6 million) on its network and services this year. Investment will be focused on increasing the quality and availability of the company’s data services, and coverage of its 3G network is set to rise to 90% of Lithuania’s territory by the end of 2014. Around LTL33 million was invested last year, with approximately 180 new base stations installed across the country.
