With a little help from my (virtual) friends: Ringo Mobile to launch MVNO in Italy

Italian mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) Noverca, which also offers mobile virtual network aggregator (MVNA) services, has joined forces with International Communication Services (ICS) to enable the latter to launch an MVNO under the ‘Ringo Mobile’ brand name. Under the terms of the agreement, Noverca will outsource the requisite technological infrastructure and network access to allow ICS to manage the reseller and create its own tariff plans, promotions and bundles. Ringo Mobile claims that it will position itself as ‘Italy’s first multi-ethnic MVNO’; the firm expects to launch at the end of February.
