Com Hem in preliminary IPO discussions

Sweden’s largest cableco Com Hem and its owner, UK-based private equity firm BC Partners, have held preliminary talks about a possible initial public offering (IPO), according to Bloomberg citing three anonymous sources with knowledge of the matter, who added that discussions remained at an early stage, with no decisions yet reached and no advisers appointed to manage a potential sale.
