FAS green-lights Shevronne Investments takeover of Summa Telecom

Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has reportedly approved the takeover of Summa Telecom by Shevronne Investments, which is registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). According to local press reports, Shevronne is owned by existing shareholders in Summa Telecom’s parent company, Moscow-based conglomerate Summa Group, effectively keeping the asset ‘in house’.
