MP takes control of Teletronik

Multimedia Polska (MP) has acquired Reda-based triple-play provider Teletronik for an undisclosed sum, rpkom writes. The telco’s network reportedly passes some 12,000 homes in Trojmiasto – the tri-city area of Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia – and claimed 13,000 revenue generating units (RGUs) at the end of 2013. Teletronik will continue to provide its existing services at current prices.
