Colombian state-backed broadband provider Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogota (ETB) expects to pass 200,000 households with its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network by the end of the year, preparing the way for the launch of IPTV services in 1H 2014. ‘The final goal is to cover 85% of Bogota in the following three years’ NexTV Latam quotes ETB’s president, Saul Kattan Cohen as saying.
