Polish internet service provider (ISP) Multimedia Polska (MP) has signed a deal with the mobile operator Polkomtel to begin providing wireless services via a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) agreement, the latter announced in a press release. Under the terms of the deal, MP will be able to offer a full range of mobile services, including roaming and access to special numbers. Polkomtel will also provide customer support and cooperate with MP to purchase handsets. A commercial launch is planned later this year.

Packages offered to customers include digital TV, fixed and mobile high speed internet … and, thanks to the new agreement with Polkomtel … fixed telephone services will be enriched by mobile telephony.’
