Tesco to launch LTE tariffs

Mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) Tesco Mobile has announced plans to introduce its own tariffs for Long Term Evolution (LTE) services, Cellular News writes. The provider, which uses the network of Spanish-backed O2, will offer LTE services to users for an additional GBP2.5 (USD4) per month, with standalone packages starting at GBP10 per month for 500MB of data and 250 minutes. Tesco’s LTE offering will be available in ten cities by the end of 2013.
