Singapore Telecom (SingTel) is considering increasing its stake in Bharti Airtel, India’s largest wireless provider by subscribers, ahead of the upcoming spectrum auctions, news portal Moneycontrol.com writes, citing unnamed sources. SingTel currently holds a 32.34% stake in the company, having increased its shareholding from 30.76% in mid-August this year.
