TTK completes buyout of regional ISP Maginfo

The Russian fixed line operator and internet service provider (ISP) TransTeleCom (TTK) has completed its acquisition of Maginfo, an operator which provides broadband and cable TV services in the city of Magnitogorsk in the Chelyabinsk Region. State-owned TTK bought Maginfo from a group of individual investors, RIA Novosti reports. The value of the deal was not disclosed. Maginfo is thought to have around 60,000 broadband subscribers, including 2,000 corporate customers.
