RCS&RDS scoops up FastLink

Romania Cable Systems (RCS&RDS), the cableco controlled by enigmatic local tycoon Zoltan Teszari, has acquired smaller rival FastLink, reports local newspaper Ziarul Financiar, citing a statement on FastLink’s website. The internet service provider (ISP) reportedly has a presence in the cities of Buzau and Bucharest.
