Swedish alternative telco AllTele has made the latest in a string of acquisitions by taking over the customer base of smaller rival Ringia, including slightly above 4,000 fixed line users and 700 mobile subscribers, accounting for an annual turnover of SEK22 million (USD3.4 million). Once Ringia’s customers have been integrated they will have access to AllTele’s wider service portfolio, which includes fixed, mobile and TV services mainly offered via wholesale network access and open network agreements with other operators.
