Drillisch H1 revenues fall 12%

German mobile service provider Drillisch reported total turnover of EUR147.0 million (USD196 million) for the first half of 2013, down by 12% from EUR167.6 million in H1 2012, as service revenue fell 10% year-on-year to EUR139.0 million. Adjusted for the effects of the divestment of pre-paid accounts in May 2012 and a reduction in mobile termination rates, service revenue fell by EUR2.6 million, or 1.8% to EUR142.6 million. Consolidated EBITDA rose 2.7% year-on-year to EUR34.1 million in the six months to the end of June 2013, while EBIT dropped by 7.9% to EUR29.2 million. At 30 June 2013 Drillisch reported a total of 1.823 million customers, a decrease from 1.866 million a year earlier.
