TD launches ‘Entertain to go’ TV service

18 Jul 2013

Telekom Deutschland (TD), the domestic fixed and mobile unit of German telecoms giant Deutsche Telekom, has launched a new TV service, ‘Entertain to go’, which enables subscribers of its ‘Entertain’ packages to view programmes on a smartphone, tablet computer or laptop in their home network. Users currently have a choice of around 40 TV channels to watch around the house on different devices, while the online video store can also be accessed. The service, which was first unveiled by TD in August last year, is available as an add-on option for EUR4.95 (USD6.5) per month with a contract term of one month only for ‘Entertain’ customers.
