Kuwait has no plans to suspend VoIP applications

Kuwait’s State Minister for Housing Affairs and Minister of Communications Salem Al-Utheina has reportedly stated that the ministry has no current intentions to suspend voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) applications, including Viber or WhatsApp, Zawya reports.
