15 companies keen to agree Cell C MVNO partnership

Cell C is in discussion with ‘up to 15 companies’ who are interested in launching as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) over its network, the City Press reports, citing industry insiders. The report claims that Cell C is setting up a mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) unit to aid this process. While Cell C spokesperson Vinnie Santu confirmed that the company is in talks with potential MVNOs, he stressed that the talks are confidential.
