Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT Corp) has announced the acquisition of US-based security services provider Solutionary in an all-cash transaction. According to the article, the acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be finalised in the third quarter of 2013, with Solutionary resuming operation as a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT after closing of the deal. The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, although Nikkei reported a price of around JPY20 billion (USD211 million).
