Globe picks Ireland’s Nasctech to optimise, enhance network

Filipino operator Globe Telecom, backed by the Ayala Group, has selected Irish firm Nasc Technologies (Nasctech) to optimise and enhance the efficiency of its recently completed USD790 million network transformation project. Under the tie-up Globe will utilise the Dublin-based company’s ‘Streamline’ solution, which the latter claims allow for ‘a stronger degree of visibility and control over the management of its field operation resulting in reduced operating expenses’.
