Cloud-based managed communication services provider MACH has announced that Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun (Dhiraagu), the Maldives’ incumbent telecoms operator, has selected its Revenue Protection platform to minimize revenue leakage, caused by fraud and billing inaccuracies, across its mobile and fixed line networks. MACH was selected from a competitive bid process to supply Revenue Protection for Dhiraagu’s network. The new platform satisfies the operator’s need for a single suite combining Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management functions. ‘MACH’s integrated Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance platform provides us with strategic insight into our business, enabling us to reduce costs and improve efficiency across the board,’ commented Avnish Jindal, CFO at Dhiraagu, adding: ‘MACH’s Revenue Protection portfolio perfectly aligns to our organisational processes and policies and its integrated features fully support our network expansion plan for new technologies.’
