Reliance Jio Infocomm, the telecom startup owned by Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) has been assigned 10,000 mobile numbers to begin testing 4G services, the Economic Times reports, citing a person familiar with the development. Infocomm has been allocated 4,000 numbers each in the Delhi and Mumbai circles and 2,000 in Jamnagar.
